Ludwig Drums continues its exciting innovations in its Ludwig Accent line and introduces new finishes and price points. Ludwig drumsFive new Ludwig Accent CS Drum Outfits in glitter fade finishes are introduced at the 2007 NAMM Show in Anaheim. The five high gloss glitter finishes, green, cherry, purple, blue and amber are applied to 100% birch shells, including the matching snare drum and bass drum hoops. All outfits feature Vibra-Bands and include Ludwig 300 Series hardware. Planet Z cymbals are also available to U.S. dealers and sold separately.

New Glitter Fade finishes are available on Power, Fusion, Fusion Plus and Jazz outfit styles:

• Power outfits include 22" bass, 12" and 13" mounted toms and 16" floor tom, along with the snare.

• Fusion outfits include 22" bass, 10" and 12" mounted toms and 14" floor tom, along with the snare.

• Fusion Plus outfits include 22" bass, 10" and 12" mounted toms and 16" floor tom, along with the snare.

• Jazz outfits include 20" bass, 10" and 12" mounted toms and 14" floor tom, along with the snare.

Also new to the Ludwig Accent line are outfits in the famous "Zep Set" and "Fab 4" configurations that start at just over $1300 SRP. These new outfits are available in Black Diamond, White Marine Pearl, Silver Sparkle and Black Oyster Pearl and available with Ludwig’s sturdy 700 Series double brace hardware. Planet Z cymbals are also available to U.S. dealers and sold separately.
