The firm represents clients in all areas of the entertainment industry including theater and music, broadcasting and the arts. On behalf of a diverse client base, the firm will negotiate and draft contracts, including management and agency contracts, collaboration and co-production agreements, and music publishing and recording deals. The firm will also apply for copyrights and trademarks, secure image licensing deals and litigate in various matters including publicity and privacy rights.
