Since its early days 1001 Ways has carried a special Calabash as a symbol of reducing global hunger and supporting peace the world over. In its "Small Peace World Tour 2004" (New York - Lahore/Pakistan), 1001 Ways offered a Calabash to the UN at the "No Excuse Concert" in New York signifying their support of the Millen- nium Development Goals fighting hunger and poverty. By combining traditions that dates back thousands of years with modern pop sounds and chill-out elements, 1001 Ways is incorporating the old with the new.
