The Attorneys

MP3 Song

THE SONG
A retro rocker with heart and promise. A strong tune with great intensity.

THE CD
Simply put, this band rocks. In a time when intensity seems to be missing from rock music leave it to the Attorneys to plead rock's case.

Biography

Three Boys from Brooklyn charge into the musical fray with melancholy, multilayered vocals and a canny combination of staccato riffs and expansive atmosphere. William Ryan George had complete strangers of both sexes proclaiming their love of him when he made his first appearance at The King of Karaoke's Trash Bar Friday Night. His fragile yet complex demeanor is gentle and approachable, and so is his songwriting . A Brian Wilson for generation Y. John Wlaysewski is a major songwriting force and has helped shape the direction that they now strive towards with great determination. A self taught musical experimentalist , he has been compared to The Edge and Robert Fripp in the same sentence, though he names his writing influences as William Ryan George, Rivers Cuomo and Andy Summers. Ken Weisbach is a musical journeyman with many talents and interests. His drumming is reflective of a rock/jazz/latin upbringing, particularly similar to the styles of Stewart Copeland and Neil Peart. A keyboard player and singer by trade. Ken Weisbach brings numerous ideas to the musical table.
