MP3 Song
All for the Cause

THE SONG
Cool, hard and driving are just a few words to describe this tune. The vocals are very well done and the melody contained within is very memorable. A truly exciting metal tune.

THE CD
This ep is a very strong effort from StrongHold. A well recorded and energy filled disc that could stand up to many metal bands on major labels. This is a band to watch for good, hard and melodic metal.

In a music business full of trends and followers it can be difficult to distinguish one from another. This problem does not exist in the world of StrongHold. While their heavy roots can clearly be traced, the sound they have achieved is uniquely their own. A desire for the success unites them as freinds as well as musicians. This band from south Floida is truly an orginial.

StrongHold was first formed by Dann Carr (bass) and Niko Desaint (guitar) in November '96. This writing duo fuels the band's sound with driving rhythm and unforgettable melody, creating the unmistakeable vibe that is StrongHold. Slamming drums that can be felt as well as heard is that of Chris Dibbern. A player of power, this drummer instills a definite need to move in all of of the band's fans. Forever burning the song's melodies in your memory is the front man Todd Toler. Clearly a student of song, this singer lives each lyric to it's fullest. Ironically all of the members come from top bands on the south Florida scene, never realizing the chemistry they were all after lied in their unity.

With all that is contrived in today's music, agressive melody with an "in your face" approach is what you hear from StrongHold.
