MP3 Song
Save Myself

THE SONG
Strong, hard, melodic and memorable. I heard this song once live and couldn't get it out of my head. This one should be on a fast track for airplay. Imagine a harder rock version of No Doubt mixed with the power of Pat Benatar vocally.

THE CD
We saw this band at this year's (2002) EAT'M Conference and were completely blown away. Public Recipe has the full package: Great songs, great live performance, solid image and a team that worked so well together to promote and put on one of the best showcases we have seen this year. This 6 song demo is so damn good! Tal's vocals are impressive, even more so live. Rock needs a girl like Tal to take over. Vee provides the agressive and melodic guitar riffs while handling backing vocal duties. The two together are simply amazing. Someone sign this band.

Public Recipe has the right ingredients to open the doors for a stronger, reemerging rock genre once again. Spawned out of the hard rock and power pop roots of vocalist, Tal and guitarist/vocalist, Vee, "PR" marks the beginning of a new era of multiple guitar driven female fronted modern rock. "PR" has radio friendly catalog building hits blending raw guitar power with infectious melodies and multiple harmonies. With a diverse history of songwriting and performing, Tal and Vee have worked with artists ranging from Steve Vai and Ravi Shankar to performing for royalty and at multiple stadium venues in 2001. In their new group effort, "PR" injects a lethargic music market with superstar adrenaline and memorable songs. Putting the finishing touches on their touring line-up and debut release, "PR" is firing up the touring van for multiple shows in West Coast markets. Be sure to catch a future appearance at the KIIS FM Addidas Fest concert as well as shows on the Sunset Strip. Get ready to be rocked. The new era is coming that takes these special ingredients and makes Public Recipe.
