Hailing from Baltimore and Washington D.C., this three piece rock band has played together in various projects for the past ten years. While in the funk-rock band Jook, they opened for artists like George Clinton and The Meters, played in front of 5000 people on July 4th in Washington, D.C., and toured the east coast playing venues like DC's 9:30 club and New York's Lion's Den. As Jook ran its course, they decided in 2003 to form a new band unlike anything they had done before.

Combining the 80's college radio influences with Brit pop and 90's indie rock, they began writing new songs. In the winter of 2004, Park Police played their first gig together as a rock trio. Since then, they have been playing tight, high energy rock shows around the Baltimore-D.C. area. A seasoned group at the top of the game, their new album, "Ranchero!” was release dlate 2005.

Park Police were recently selected by alternative radio station, WRNR 103.1, to compete in it's "Last Band Standing" competion. Only 12 bands were chosen to participate. The winner will get a showcase with Epic Records.
