Li'l Ronnie began his professional music career as a teenager in 1963. He began fronting his own swing, jump and blues bands in 1979, performing with such legends as John Lee Hooker, James Cotton, Taj Mahal, Fabulous Thunderbirds, John Mayall, Johnny Winter and more. His harmonica playing has earned a coveted endorsement from Hohner HSS. Ronnie is backed on the cd by his touring band The Grand Dukes and features the nationally heralded guitarist Ivan Applerouth who wrote two tunes for the cd.

Too Fast for Conditions contains 8 original songs and 5 classic but obscure covers and features very special guests and friends Kevin McKendree and Pete Kanaras. Grammy nominated keyboardist and former band mate Kevin McKendree currently plays with soul master Delbert McClinton, and Pete Kanaras is guitarist for the legendary D.C. based band The Nighthawks.
