So you want to send email to an entire list of fans? Make sure you do it right or you might make some people really mad.
Case in point: Ever receive an email from someone that had a long list of email addresses you could see and email at will? This can create a HUGE problem as all it take is for one person to snatch all of those emails and start sending their message out as well causing your fans to get really upset because of a flood of junk email.
The Solution: Get a list managing program such as OneList (http://www.onelist.com). It's free and will protect your fans from spam. Or, you can simply use your email program but use a feature called BCC or Blind Carbon Copy. Using this function will hide the entire list of emails from potential spammers. For more info on this search for BCC in your help file of your mail program.
